What types of support do you provide?

We provide programs and services designed to support individuals facing memory challenges, as well as their caregivers and families. This includes educational resources, community-based programs, and support groups that offer both practical guidance and emotional support. Our goal is to improve quality of life and ensure no one faces these challenges alone.

Our programs are designed for older adults experiencing memory challenges, individuals living with dementia, and both paid and unpaid caregivers. We also support family members who are navigating the emotional and practical realities of caregiving. Memory-related conditions often affect a wide network of loved ones, and our services are designed to support this broader community.

No formal diagnosis is required to participate in most of our programs. If you or a loved one are experiencing memory-related challenges, you are welcome to access our resources and support. We aim to make support accessible at every stage of the journey.

This includes training, support groups, and strategies to manage care and reduce burnout.
